JazzHR + Calendly Integration

Question

I am writing to inquire about a potential solution or integration feature for Calendly.

Currently, when I book interviews through JazzHR, the Google Calendar invite includes the Job Profile links and IDs in the description, which makes it very convenient to access candidate information. However, when booking through Calendly, only the candidate's name is displayed in the calendar invite.

Is it possible to pull these same links (Job Profile/Candidate Profile) into Calendly meetings so they are visible in my Google Calendar once a booking is confirmed?

Hi ​@Kenneth36846- Thanks for reaching out!JazzHR has actually built their own integration with Calendly - While its not something I’m super familiar with, maybe this will help solve some of the issues you’re running into here:https://marketplace.jazzhr.com/providers/calendly/I’ll leave this thread open in case anyone else has run into this or have a good solution for this as well!
