Hey @Ulysses22117!

Thanks for reaching out on this! Actually, by default, one any of your Calendly events are booked, that time will be blocked off for all other events in your account! So if someone were to book at 9am on one of my events, 9am would be blocked from all other events in my Calendly account. Are you seeing any issues with this? Are times not being blocked off properly? Let us know!

Keep in mind, if you’re looking to have events in your personal calendar block off time in Calendly, you’ll want to make sure your calendar is connected, and your events are marked as ‘Busy’. You can read more on this here: Calendar Conflicts and Your Calendar's Free/Busy Status

Thank you David,

I just noticed that on one of my event calendars the dates are available to book but on the other two event calendars the dates are not available and the message is ‘Dates for this month not available’.

Ideas?

In this case, the first thing I would recommend is checking the availability you have set, as well as the event duration for your meetings.

For context here, if my availability is 8am-12pm, but my event is 6 hours long, I would not be able to book that event because the duration is longer than the set availability. However, if the duration of my event is set for 4 hours, I would be able to book that 8am slot since the duration would end at 12pm. I would check your availability first by going to your page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/default_schedule

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you! Solved!
