My link that I’m sending to people is not working and is producing an error message.

Hi @ggtolbert2!

Hmm. There a few things that could be happening here and without knowing what the error message is, it’s a bit hard to narrow it down. Here are things I’d look into:

  • If you've recently modified your event type's name, URL, or deleted an event, previously shared links may become invalid. This often results in errors like “This Calendly URL is not valid”. To fix:
    • Log into your Calendly account and navigate to the specific event type.

    • Copy the current event link directly from the event's settings.

    • Replace any old links you've shared with this updated URL.

  • Calendly's one-off meeting links are designed for single use. Once an invitee books a meeting using this link, it becomes inactive. Attempting to reuse it will result in an error stating that the link has already been used. To fix:

    • For multi-use meetings, use standard event types instead of one-off links.

  • Certain networks, especially in corporate or educational environments, may have security settings that block Calendly links or scripts. To test for this:

    • Test the link on a different network or device to determine if the issue is network-specific. Does the link work for you?

    • If the link works elsewhere, advise your client’s network administrator to whitelist Calendly domains.

Hope this helps!
