Hi Calendly Community,

I’m completely locked out of my Calendly account and hoping someone here — maybe a Calendly rep — can help or point me in the right direction.

Here’s the issue:

  • I originally created my Calendly account using Google Sign-In (with my personal Gmail).

  • Recently, I set up a Google Workspace account for my business.

  • Now, when I try to log in using Google, Calendly redirects me to the Workspace email — but it says “no account linked” and blocks me.

  • I never set a password on my Calendly account, so I can’t bypass Google Sign-In to get in.

  • I’ve already emailed support but haven’t received a reply yet.

I just need help regaining access or setting up a password so I can log in again.
If any Calendly team member or experienced user sees this, please help!

I’d recommend reaching out to our support team at loginsupport@calendly.com and include the information you shared with me. They’ll be able to investigate and help get that login method changed over!
