Locked Out of Paid Calendly Account for 48+ Hours — No Human Support Response | Ticket #4075502
I’ve been locked out of my paid Calendly account for more than 48 hours and have yet to receive assistance from a human support representative.
My company recently rebranded, and I renamed my existing Google Workspace primary email address. The underlying Google account remains unchanged, but Calendly continues to associate my paid account with the previous email address.
When I attempt to sign in through Google using my updated email, Calendly displays an error stating that no account exists. My original account is still recognized under the previous email address, and I can still receive emails there, but I cannot authenticate through Google Sign-In.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Contacted Calendly Support approximately 48 hours ago (Ticket #4075502).
- Received an automated response acknowledging that human intervention was required.
- Followed up requesting escalation to a human support representative.
- Contacted Calendly’s Billing department separately.
- Attempted to access this community, only to discover that posting also requires an authenticated Calendly account.
I’ve now had to create a separate free Calendly account using my personal email address solely to access this community and request assistance.
Despite these efforts, I have not received a substantive response from a human support representative.
As a paying customer who relies on Calendly for business scheduling and client bookings, being completely locked out of my account for more than 48 hours without meaningful assistance is extremely concerning.
I’m requesting that a Calendly moderator or support representative urgently escalate Ticket #4075502 to the appropriate team.
I need access restored to my existing paid account while preserving my subscription, event types, scheduling links, integrations, and scheduled meetings.
I can verify ownership of the original account and provide any necessary billing or account information privately through a secure support channel.
I would appreciate a direct response from a human representative who can help resolve this issue.
Thank you.
