Hey,
we are a managed IT firm in los angeles, ca. we run independent bookings for each of our dept, but our COO wants to centralise the whole booking operations.
right now, bookings are spread across multiple indivudual calendly accounts, and we want to be able to see and manage everything from our headoffice. you can get an idea of our operations from our website.
Is what we are looking for duable inside calendly or will we have to go for a custom developed solution?

If your teams mostly need shared visibility, standardized booking rules, and central admin controls, I'd try consolidating into a single organizational setup before jumping to a custom build. Custom software adds a lot of maintenance, and it's worth exhausting the built-in options first to see where the real gaps are.

Hey @Aron71320 - Thanks for reaching out!

You can also learn more about admin controls over on our help center here: https://calendly.com/learn/administrators

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey Aron,

Should be doable without custom dev. Calendly's Teams and Enterprise admin tools let you manage multiple depts from one org account, and managed events lets an admin control event types across teams instead of everyone running their own separate setups.

One heads up though, migrating your existing accounts into one org usually means remapping event types and integrations rather than everything auto merging. I would open a ticket with Calendly support so they can confirm what transfers cleanly for your specific setup.

Curious how it goes. We are on a smaller scale so I would be interested to see how this plays out for you.
