Hello Calendly Community! Thanks in advance for any help.
I’m using Calendly to create a series of meetings, each with a maximum number of attendees. I would email the link to my clients and they can choose the slot they want based on what’s available. When someone books, the number of available slots is reduced. Set up and initial invite seems to be working well.
The problem I’ve detected in my testing is that when someone accepts the meeting invite and then subsequently declines the invite, Calendly does not clear the slot to make it available for someone else.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
