I have to setup a small meeting conference with several participants, depending on my availability. For instance I can meet at 10.00 with 3 guests, at 10.30 with 4 and at 11.00 wilth only two. Is it possible to set this up. I did seethe time options, but how and where do I enter the maximum number of participants for each time?
Hey there
When putting your Group Event Type settings in place, you will only be able to select one “max invitee limit” which will automatically apply to all time slots on that event type.
However, once you’ve gotten at least a single booking for a time slot, you can then go to your “scheduled events” tab > “details” > “edit invitee limit” to edit the invitee limit for that specific time slot from there. If you need to be able to do this immediately (before the first invitee books), you can simply book one time slot on each of the dates/times needed yourself in order to trigger this into action (be sure to take into account that you’ve filled a slot yourself when changing the invitee limit and make the limit what you’d need +1). I’ll show you how to do it all with a short video, below!
