Meeting Display on Calendar

Question

Currently I have clients schedule meetings. The meetings show up on my Calendar as

“New Meeting with Joe Doe”

I would the meeting to show on my Calendar as

“Joe Doe”

I already know it is a meeting I just need to see the name.
