Meeting Link

Hi - I have set up a meeting link and was able to adjust most of the functionality I need.

I am however unable to find any options to set the following:

  • Being able to approve or reject submitted meeting requests before the person submitting the request is booked on
  • Automatically declining requests if clashing with another item already in my outlook calendar (mainly to prevent meetings being requested when I’m on A/L)

This is the booking link I created:

https://calendly.com/filip-kozlowski-m8group/30min

Calendly has connected to my outlook and I can see meeting requests being confirmed via my outlook email and added to my outlook calendar.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi @Filip55155 - Thanks for reaching out!

In regards to your points:

  • Right now, we do not have a feature for you to approve or deny bookings. Anytime a user books its sent automatically. However, you’ll be able to make any changes you need (Like cancelling, rescheduling, ect)
  • This happens automatically! Anytime Calendly detects a busy event on your calendar, that time will not be offered for your invitees.

Let me know if you have any questions!
