Hi, when an invitee wants to postpone a meeting and choses a new date and time slot, the set minimum scheduling notice does not work.

Any date and time can be chosen. How can I fix that?

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I cannot upload any screenshots at the moment (error message). 

Perhaps you can set an appointment by (and with) yourself and try to postpone it via the link in the invitation E-Mail? Then you will see what I mean.

I have set an minimum scheduling notice for the event, but when an invitee is about to postpone it, he can chose any date or time (within the fixed time slots, of course).

My problem is that I can’t quite seem to replicate the issue on my end. Heres an example where I’m rescheduling an event from the invitees end through an incognito window (To get the invitee experience) You’ll see the former time as well as the settings for the event on the right:
 

 

However, if I try to reschedule this through my Calendly account, the times will show as available, since I’m rebooking as the host:
 

 

If you have any specific examples of invitees choosing a time and ignoring the notice, another option is sending the information over to our support team so they can look into this and test it. You can reach out to them directly at support@calendly.com

To confirm, are you rebooking this event while you’re logged into your account? For context, the Host would be able to reschedule to a time thats within the minimum notice.

But the Invitee view will be different since they won’t have the same access. You can test this by opening an incognito window, and checking the reschedule link from there.
