Missing Field on Scheduling Form (for Public View)

I have my Calendly booking set up so people can choose either an in -person (in their home) or a virtual consultation.

I have the questions set up for people to enter their home address, and I can see that it is there when I'm logged in to my Calendly account, however, that field has disappeared from my actual consultation form that potential clients can see.

It was there before when I was testing out Calendly to make sure my settings were correct, and that all the questions I needed were there, but now it is gone from the public-facing view.

I wonder if this is because initially I had set up my account with just a virtual consultation option (linked to my zoom account, everything was great), and then went back in a few days later to give potential clients the option to have in-home consultations.

Either way, I can see it on the back end in Calendly, but potential clients cannot see that field. Thanks

Hi @JillOJ!

Any chance you have the question marked as “off” right now? I’ve been known to make that mistake myself a few times!

Right underneath the type of question dropdown, you’ll see a little toggle. If it’s grayed out and say “Off”, the question won’t show. Try toggling it on so it shows in blue and says “On”. If that doesn’t do the trick, please let me know!
