Hi I’m new to Calendly. I would like to share a specific event type with a colleague for a project we are working on. Is there a way to share a calendar so she can see what meetings have been set?

Yes absolutely - There are a couple ways we can work around this!
- You can use the Workflow tool to send your colleague an email anytime a new event is scheduled. You can learn more on this here:
- Some users will just share their sub-calendar with their colleague so anytime a new event is scheduled, it shows up for both of you.
- If you’d like the event to also check their availability as well as yours, you can use the Collective Event Type by inviting them to your Calendly organization, then creating the event type. Allowing both of you to be scheduled at the same time: https://calendly.com/help/how-to-set-up-a-shared-collective-event-type
