Multiple events with multiple calendars

Hello, everyone.

I have created four events, each corresponding to a different room. I’ve set the available times but what happens is when someone books, for example, room 1 - 6 o’clock, rooms 2 and 3 don’t have the option to book for 6 o’ clock. How can i bypass this?

    In this case, you would need to configure your Overlap Rules to set this up! We have a community article that covers this here: Overlapping Meetings

    Essentially, you’ll need to set it so each room is allowed to overlap with one another. As an example:
    Room 1 can overlap Rooms 2 & 3
    Room 2 can overlap Rooms 1 & 3
    Room 3 can overlap Rooms 1 & 2

    It can be a little confusing at first, but follow that article I linked for steps to configure it in each event. After that, please let me know if you have any questions!
