I want to set appointments for 3 people to come during one appointment slot (30 minutes) with specifying increments. We work on a first come first serve basis.
We process 3 guests who arrive during the 30 minute slot. It’s too rigid to allocate 10 minute slots.

In this situation I would recommend creating a group event with a limit of three attendees. In the meeting description just explain what you have here and that your guests are booking for a 10 minutes appointment within a 30 minute window and will be seen on a first come first serve basis. You can add that language either in the event description in your booking page or as a form question which will allow you to require them to select a yes/no to confirm they understand.
