My title may sound confusing but I am basically trying to create one calendly link for multiple interviews with different people. So there are about 6 different people who are being interviewed and they all have different time slots. Is there a way to customize the event type so that when people book the time slot, they can see exactly who they are booking to interview. I would like it all to be on the same calendly link. Right now, all that is showing is the times but I want to include the names of who exactly is being interviewed during that time slot so there is no confusion when people are booking times. Thank you!

There isn’t a way to show whose assigned to which time through the booking page directly - However, I’ve seen some users change the description of the event and add the information there, I think this would be the best way to go about it in the meantime!

One workaround would be to set up a team page in Calendly and using Collective event types. Each time slot for an interview can be linked to a specific host (that's your interviewer), so when someone picks their time, they'll see exactly who they're booking with
