we have multiple locations and work at different ones on different days. Can you set the days for that location available for clients to schedule an appointment? For example a client can only book an appointment for the Echuca location with me on Wednesdays?

Great question. You might find Routing forms super helpful here as you could give customers the choice to pick choices like a location, person, or day of the week, and route to the corresponding event. It would also let you direct customers to events with multiple selectable locations too. Tons of choices!
