Hi, we manage a team of coaches who each work at multiple schools. None of the schools are shared by coaches. We are trying to find out a way to have them provide different availability for each of their schools based on their location. For example, we don’t want one coach to be scheduled back-to-back at the high school and then have to drive to the middle school. They are all syncing their calendars with their Outlook availability. What would you recommend for these coaches so they can set different availability for different locations? I saw an earlier question about routing forms but this would require me to make all the coaches admins in our organization to create their own routing forms. Thanks.

There are a few things you can try outside of using Routing Forms for your team. I’ve seen other users implement this as well and its worked for them in these cases:
- Most users will utilize Buffers to ensure they don’t get booked back-to-back. Buffers add in extra time between meetings so you have more time to prepare. You can read more about this here: How to use buffers
- Some users will setup multiple event types, one for each location, then, they setup different availability for each event. So in this case, you can make yourself available Monday, Wednesday, Friday for one event, and then Tuesday, Thursday for a different event.
