Hi, I’m having issues opening up my calendly. This is frustrating because I’ve been paying for this service for a little over a month now and it’s only now now been acting up (after years with no issues with the free plan). It’s not my internet as everything else is working fine with my connection.

Hi ​@Michelle14461 - Thanks for reaching out on this. I'm happy to report that the issues accessing Calendly.com and booking links have been resolved. 

It seems this was part of a larger issue with some cloud services that effected multiple different websites and providers. It should be working now, but you may need to refresh your page if you're still seeing some issues.

It’s still not working. The landing pages look awful and I’m embarrassed when my clients try to schedule with me at the link and I have to do it manually instead. Can I please get money back this month? Any idea when this can be fixed? I can’t even add screenshots to this chat without it freezing up.


Can you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies and accessing the website again? If you could also test logging in from a different browser that would be great. Just let me know if it continues to show an error or not.

If you can send me a screenshot of the errors you’re seeing, that would be great.

I’m having the same issues. The landing page for the calendar is different looking and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see the calendar. Once you actually select a date/time you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page in between slots that the customer has to fill out to book the appt. We have many mailer coupons with a QR code that leads to my calendly as well as I just ordered yard signs with the QR code. This is quite frustrating and scary that we have printed products that lead customer to this website and it’s essentially not accessible…

Please advise.

This has resolved the issue for a lot of users, so let me know if it works or not.

Yes it just fixed the problem when I cleared it for a longer time period. Also,  very frustrating as now I have to login and receive notification codes for every website with a password. I definitely want credit back or something for this week of not being able to use calendly.
