My Client is showing as the owner of my account

Question

I don’t know what happened but last week my Calendly somehow switched to a free account. I’ve always used Pro. I now see one of my clients listed as the Owner and I’m a User. I have no access to the admin settings to remove her from the admin area. I have no idea how her account got there because she doesn’t even have the information for my Calendly. I just need to removed her so I can regain control of my own account. PLEASE HELP!

Hey @Elizabeth27617! So sorry to hear this is going on!It does look like you are marked as a User in their organization, did you accept an invitation from them at all? Moving forward, I would have you reach out to support@calendly.comto get in touch with the Support team, they’ll be able to help dig into more of what happened and to regain control of the account.Let us know if you have any other questions!
