I don’t know what happened but last week my Calendly somehow switched to a free account. I’ve always used Pro. I now see one of my clients listed as the Owner and I’m a User. I have no access to the admin settings to remove her from the admin area. I have no idea how her account got there because she doesn’t even have the information for my Calendly. I just need to removed her so I can regain control of my own account. PLEASE HELP!

It does look like you are marked as a User in their organization, did you accept an invitation from them at all? Moving forward, I would have you reach out to support@calendly.com to get in touch with the Support team, they’ll be able to help dig into more of what happened and to regain control of the account.
