Hi there,

we have set up our calendal account for scheduling with our clients. Calendly is connected to our official email address that was set up by our CEO.
When a client now schedules an appointment the automated emails that get send out always gets send out under his name. And we don't understand why. Our profile name is the company name and we never entered his name anywhere. What can we do?

Hi @Phoenix72811 - Thanks for reaching out!

Calendly uses the email thats connected to the account to send calendar invitations and emails. However, if you switch to using Email Confirmations, it will use notifications@calendly.com instead.

You can read about how Calendly manages notifications here: https://calendly.com/help/calendly-scheduling-notifications

So as long as his calendar is connected under this page: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings - Calendly will use it to send invitations.

Let me know if you have any questions!
