Need chat to agent and cannot sync my outlook calendar. It keeps saying there is a problem syncing your outlook calendar - HELP

I have a paid subscription and cannot speak to a live agent.

My live.com outlook calendar is not syncing with calendly.

Customer support is ineffective, chatbot says I need a paid subscription when I’m logged in.

I’m a loop of ineffective communication and support@calendly.com is not helping me and does not have an escalation process to help a paid subscriber in chat or phone.

Hi ​@Jeff11838- Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear this is going on!I had support take a look at your account and it appears you’re still on our basic plan. You can view your plan information here:https://calendly.com/app/admin/billingIs there another account you may have subscribed with? Support would be able to dig into your calendar issues from there.As an aside, you can also try connecting the calendar through a different browser, or through an incognito window. Let me know if errors persistsafter doing so.Let me know if you have any questions.
