I have a paid subscription and cannot speak to a live agent.

My live.com outlook calendar is not syncing with calendly.

Customer support is ineffective, chatbot says I need a paid subscription when I’m logged in.  

I’m a loop of ineffective communication and support@calendly.com is not helping me and does not have an escalation process to help a paid subscriber in chat or phone.

I had support take a look at your account and it appears you’re still on our basic plan. You can view your plan information here: https://calendly.com/app/admin/billing

Is there another account you may have subscribed with? Support would be able to dig into your calendar issues from there.

As an aside, you can also try connecting the calendar through a different browser, or through an incognito window. Let me know if errors persists after doing so.
