I have a paid subscription and cannot speak to a live agent.
My live.com outlook calendar is not syncing with calendly.
Customer support is ineffective, chatbot says I need a paid subscription when I’m logged in.
I’m a loop of ineffective communication and support@calendly.com is not helping me and does not have an escalation process to help a paid subscriber in chat or phone.
Question
Need chat to agent and cannot sync my outlook calendar. It keeps saying there is a problem syncing your outlook calendar - HELP
