Hi, I want to allow customers to select either a morning (starting at either 9:45am or 10am) or afternoon (starting at 2:00pm or 2:15pm) appointment each day.  The appoints run for three hours. 

Once one morning is selected, the morning is then blocked our and the same will apply for the afternoon. 

I havent been able to set this up correctly, as it will only me to set the duration of each appointment for 30 or so mins, not the three hours. 

If anyone has any steps or suggestions, I’d be grateful.

One thing that may be causing this is the availability for the event. For a 3 hour event to be booked, the entire time would need to be availability under the availability page.

For example, for a 3 hour event, you would need to open availability from 945-1245, 2pm-5pm. This allows for the entire duration to fit within the Availability. Would you be able to give this a test and let me know if it works?
