I am trying to send out calendar invites to multiple interviewees for them to book the slots most suitable to them but after one interviewee booked a slot the link says its no longer available

Any chance you are using one-time links? These would expire after the first use. More on that here: https://calendly.com/blog/one-time-calendly-link
For interviewing, I’d recommend using a 1:1 event type instead that doesn’t expire after first use. That’s what we do here when we’re hiring and it works well!
