No longer showing time-zone conversions when booking with contacts?

When selecting a contact than choosing a time for us to meet, it USED to show the Calendar in MY time zone, then when selecting a potential meeting time, it would show in their time zone AS WELL right below mine. It made it really easy to communicate when scheduling with people on calls when they lived in different time zones.

Now that’s gone and instead the ‘invitee’ fields are editable. Is there any way to make it go back? It’s really annoying having to manually convert everything.

Hi ​@Justin78865!

As long as you have your invitees time zone set in your contacts, you should be seeing a similar view to below where you can toggle between your calendar and your invitees calendar, so no manual conversion required. If you aren’t seeing it yet, you should soon. We tend to roll out new features and functionality in waves.

Hey Jillian, thanks for your response. I have this option to toggle, but what I’m asking about is the side-by-side comparison that used to exist.

The circled area in my attached image is where it used to display this. For example, if the invitee was 2 hours behind, it would show that the selected time is for 3:00 PM my time, and 1:00 PM this time. Basically, there used to be a second grey box showing the invitee time just like how it shows mine. Now it just has editable fields for invitee details.

This was an especially important feature when scheduling with clients in pacific time zones since our meetings might be on different dates and toggling back and forth do to the conversion is a headache.

Got it, thanks for clarifying. Yes this used to appear by default, but we received some feedback since that caused this to be adjusted.

I’ll send this off to our team as feedback, having both times appear when theres a time zone difference would be super helpful.
