I am surprised about the “Mark as no-show” feature as it doesn’t allow us to send an automated e-mail.

What’s the point of this feature ? And how come the workflow don’t take this into account ? 

I’ve seen that different post have been open about this question and it’s always the answer about “we are sharing it to the team, they’ll take it into account” but the question is “is it on the product roadmap or not ?”

I’ve seen the Zapier trigger but it doesn’t really seem convenient and means we have to pay for a another service we are currently not using.

I wanted to share this through the “contact us” section but it seems to be down.

Automated emails for No-shows is something thats currently in development, however I do not have a time-frame on when this will be released. As you’ve seen this is something thats been requested a lot, so hopefully we’ll see this soon!
