Question

Not cancelling https://calendly.com/cancellations

Following the calendly cancel URL within a meeting created by calendly in Chrome / Google Calender the user is directed to a page https://calendly.com/cancellations

Entering a cancelation reason and selecting “cancel event”, the page clears and the same page is displayed again, the event is not cancelled, there are no cancellation notifications.

This is not a Google Calendar thing as the fault happens on a Calendly page.

Tested across 3 different accounts and it is consistent.

Hi @Paul26113 - Thanks for reaching out.

This is definitely interesting behavior - Does this occur in any other web pages like Microsoft Edge, Safari, ect?  Or does this only happen in Chrome?

If this is consistent across web pages, the next best step would be to reach out to our support team so they can take a closer look at your events/cancellation links and see what might be going on. (You can either email at support@calendly.com or by chatting in through the bubble in your account)

Let me know if you have any questions!

Tested with Edge and it works perfectly, its when the cancel URL is executed on Chrome. I tested it in 2 different Chrome account, it works with 1 and not the other…..interesting
