I used to have notetaker automatically joining my calls and now it’s gone and no idea how to re-activate it. Any suggestions?

Due to the AWS Outage yesterday, we’ve noticed some issues with our Notetaker joining meetings - Our team is currently looking into the issue to see if its still ongoing.

If you continue to run into this, I recommend reaching out to our support team by chatting in, or emailing them directly at support@calendly.com so they can look into your specific case further.

I did have them check and it looks like your Notetaker is enabled, so let us know if you continue to have issues.


I did ask for support. Disabling and enabling it again seems to have solved it!
