Notetaker takes up too much screen space in a Teams Mtg

Question

Is there a way to decrease the amount of screen space that the Calendly Notetaker uses during a Teams Meeting? It takes up a space the size of another participant’s face on the screen. Couldn't Calendly indicate the presence of Notetaker with something smaller?

By the way, I love Notetaker. I just recently learned - almost by mistake - that the feature was already included in my level of subscription. I’ve used it ever since and prefer it over MS Teams notes or several other tools I’ve looked at.

I just would love it more if it wasn’t such a screen hog!

Hi ​@Paul10132! Thanks for sharing your feedback and love that you’re finding value in our Notetaker over Teams notes and others. We’re testing out a new way to take notes using Calendly Notetaker that would hide the bot entirely. Is that more discreet approach something you might be interested in? Any other pain points with the product or feature ideas that you’d love to see us consider?
