Ical calendar was already added , since before new additions were stopped in 2024 but it has stopped syncing now.

I can see the calendar added in my Calendly settings, but it’s not checking my availability from this calendar.

Hi ​@Inderpal , really sorry to hear this. Yes, if you had your Ical connected before August of 2024 your connection should still be working. Because the solution to your issue may involve resetting your calendar connection, your best bet is to reach out to support → support@calendly.com. They can walk you through the steps needed to do this. In the meantime I can think of a few things to check while you wait for a response. 

  • The calendar connected in Calendly is not the same as the one being updated in iCal (iCloud vs. "On My Mac" calendars). Although this sounds less likely, based on the information you’ve provided, I’m including it here to cover all bases. 

  • Check if your iCloud storage is full. This would prevent new events from syncing.

  • The sync connection may have become stale or lost authorization. This would mean resetting your calendar connection which would require support’s help → support@calendly.com
