We have one email account that has many sub-calendars (for each of our locations) and we are wanting to have the ability to set up individual events based on a single sub-calendar, ensuring that the booking link looks only at that one specific calendar to determine whether there is availability for a meeting. Is this possible?

Hi @Lauren22586 - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, Calendly events are not able to check specific sub-calendars individually. Any calendars that are connected will be applied to all of your events. However, there are a couple of ways that users have already worked around this:

  1. You can use our overlapping meetings tool to allow specific events to book over meetings in your calendar. I’ve put together an article on this that will walk you through this:
  2. In some cases, users will setup multiple accounts and connect their individual calendars through separate accounts, however this may cause confusion depending on how many accounts you’ll need to make.

Let me know if you have any questions on this!
