Dear Calendly Community,
I am trying to figure out how to have one single Calendly link for prospects to schedule an introductory session and at the same time download our course catalog. The link would be available on a QR code that would be displayed on a poster at our booth at an upcoming trade show.
Could anyone please be so kind as to let me know if this is possible at all and if yes, how to do that? We currently have a free Calendly account.

Understood - There isn’t a way to offer a download through the booking page. However you can redirect your invitees after they book with you to another site - In this case, a dropbox or something similar to download the catalog they need. WIth this workflow, they’ll scan the QR code, book the event, then get redirected to download the catalog.

Just to confirm, you’re wanting to have invitees all sign up for the same time for something like a Webinar, or a group meeting, is that correct?

Thank you for your response. My question does not mention any registration for group event but for "prospects to schedule an introductory session and at the same time download our course catalog." I realize that I should have been more specific and written "individual introductory session." In other words : One-to-one.
