One time group meeting

I am trying to set up an event that will allow multiple people to book the same event - like a webinar. I believe the best option for this is a Group event type. However, I just want this to be on one day (Friday December 5th) from 9am to 12pm. Everything I try sets it for every Friday during that time frame - but I just need it for that one day. Suggestions?

Sounds like you’re on the right track, but theres just one adjustment we’ll need to make. Instead of using Weekly Hours that repeat, you’ll want to set a Date-Specific Hour for this event. You can do this all through the availability settings in the event:
 

 

First, remove all weekly hours by selecting the X next to the time. Then, select the (+ Hours) button next to Date-Specific Hours. This will allow you to set specific times you’ll be available for your events!
