We recently updated Stripe integration to allow for additional payment options such as:  Instant Bank Payments (via Link), Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Bancontact is not an option through the integration at this time, but I can forward this on to our product team to review.

Clients don’t see the new posibilities, though actived on Stripe

I agree with Els — Bancontact is used much more frequently here in Belgium than Mastercard or Visa. Many customers don’t have a card that supports Mastercard or Visa and then decide not to book at all. They also prefer not to use PayPal or Apple Pay. For customers, there’s nothing easier than scanning the Bancontact QR code.

Has there been any feedback from your product team in the meantime? Bancontact is a must-have for EU customers using Calendly.

I hope you’ll be able to integrate Bancontact via Stripe soon.
