I succeeded in connecing outlook.com, but I am unable to connected Calendly with Outlook located on my PC hard disk.
Any idea.

Calendly is only able to connect to web applications, not PC applications which is why your desktop version of Outlook can’t be connected. You can read more about which calendars we can connect to here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002939274-Connecting-your-calendar
If you were able to already connect to Outlook.com though, chances are you don’t need to connect to your desktop version unless it’s for 2 different calendars.
