Calendly is showing me available when I have meetings booked & showing on my Outlook calendar

The first thing I recommend doing is checking to ensure the meetings are marked as Busy in your calendar. If the events are marked as Free, they will be ignored by Calendly.


If the events are marked as busy, the next thing I recommend is disconnecting and reconnecting the outlook calendar from your account. This allows Calendly to pick up any changes that may have occurred, and start picking up those events.

David - yes all of the meeting are either Busy or OOO.  I have disconnected mutiple times (at least 3 last Friday).  This issues seems to come & go

But right now it looks like I free 9-5 M-F


Understood. In this case, the next thing I would look at is your booking page and use the Troubleshooting Toolhttps://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223145627-How-to-use-Calendly-s-Troubleshoot-Tool

The Troubleshooting Tool allows you to see when specific time slots are blocked off, and which ones are available. You should be able to see if there are any time slots blocked off by your calendar by looking for the CALENDAR error:
 

 

I would check this for any times that don’t match, then spot check those events again in your Calendar.

If you’re still seeing times that don’t match up, the next thing I would do is collect screenshots of these, then send the information over to support@calendly.com, so you don’t have to post your event information on a public forum. They’ll be able to assist further from there!
