Question

Overrides are not saved when using the App

If I add dates with overrides on the App the process seems to work until I click "save and apply". Nothing gets saved and applied. It only works through the webpage. When Iake changes there they get synched with the app.

Hi @Friedrich07111 - Thanks for reaching out.

Can you check to see if you have any pending updates for the app? If not, would you be able to record whats happening and link it in the reply? This will help us dig into it further!

Let me know. Thanks!

I have the newest version. Problem still persists. Clicked save and apply for changes I made for July first. Still no availability shown for that date

Did anything change in the second screenshot you shared? There it looks like July 1st has available times.

If you scroll down the list of Overrides, does July 1st not appear there either?

No, the first screenshot shows how it looks after I clicked save and apply on the second screenshot. Bit confusing should have posted the second one first

I click on desired date -> pick hours -> date is circled in blue -> click on save and apply -> date is not circled anymore and no changes

Hi @Friedrich07111 - Appreciate your patience here.

I did some testing on my end and I can’t seem to recreate the same issue. In this case, and so you don’t have to risk sharing private information on a public form. Can you record a video of the behavior on your phone and send it over to our support team at support@calendly.com? Alternatively, if you have a paid account, you can chat in directly using the chat bubble in your account.

They’ll be able to look into it from there to see what might be going on!

Let me know if you have any questions!

Do I HAVE to pick dates from the "hours" tab before I can set overrides? Could that be the issue? I use the overrides tab exclusively. I want to add availabilities on short notice that's why I don't want a fixed schedule. I worked if I go through the website. The problem only occurs with the app.

Hi @Friedrich07111 - Normal functionality should allow you to just use the Overrides tab, you shouldn’t need to set hours first, then add overrides afterwards.

But I would still reach out to support in this case, as they can look into your specific instance further.
