I’ve renewed for 1 year of the standard plan, but my account has been downgraded to the free plan. When I go to the contact page it doesn’t work(no curser appears in the form) and live chat isn’t available.

Who do I contact about this and how do I get in touch with them?

Is there an email or phone number for billing or support?
