password reset problem

I have forgotten the password for my Calendar account, so I went to do a password reset option only to find out that one doesn’t exist, it’s only allowing me to sign in via Google, I need the access details to pass to a third-party in order for them to be able to sync my calendar with my Sales fun

It sounds like you’ve setup Calendly to login via Google, instead of using a Username/Password. Are you able to access your account? If so, you can change your login preference from this page here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/login_preferences

Otherwise, to update your login details, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can look into this account and help adjust your login.
