Pending users removed from my IdP are still showing in pending (and taking up seats)

I deleted several old pending users that never signed up. My IdP is Microsoft Azure / EntraID. However the pending list did not update and the seats are still occupied. 

I have 267 group members in Entra ID

In Calendly I see 256 active users + 23 pending = 279 seats taken.

In this case, I’d reach out to our support team so they can take a look at your account. They may need to do some work on the backend to help get these users removed.
