Person with No Calendar connected

Why is an invited/active user showing as no calendar connected in the admin portal when on her side it is showing connected?

Couple things I would confirm first:

  • Is the user looking at the correct account
  • If yes, you can have the user try disconnecting and reconnecting their calendar

If you send me the name of that user, I can take a look at her account and see what I can find from my end! Let me know if you have any questions.

I have confirmed that she is looking at the correct account and also had her disconnect and reconnect.
The user name is Melissa Woods.

Hi ​@Jennifer26745 - We took a look from our end and everything looks to be in order, from our side it shows that Melissa’s calendar is connected.

If you’re still seeing Melissa’s Calendar missing from the admin page, can you try either:

  • Logging in from a different browser, then check the page?
  • Or you can clear your cache and cookies by following these instructions, then checking it again
