I had to retrieve a call transcript from April 8th (it’s 21st as I write this). I could not find the call in the Calendly recaps section, so I found the email summary that was sent and used the link back to the recap page.
The link from that email drives to a page that loads indefinitely. The call is no longer listed in my recap history, it’s simply inaccessible and all I have is the email with the summary. Other calls from that same day are still there.
I’m extremely concerned there’s more calls that may have disappeared I’m simply unaware of, and I’m wondering if Calendly is reliable enough anymore. Losing 1 call is 1 too many.
Has this happened to anyone, and does anyone know a way to get that call back so I can access the transcript and video?
