I am a longtime user of Calendly (3+ years) and would like to BEG that a recurring meeting feature be offered to users on the client-facing end. I am a voice teacher and use Calendly to schedule recurring lessons that happen at the same time every week or every other for each student. Currently, I do all the scheduling myself because it takes so long to sign up for each individual session that I find clients don't do it and I lose business. Instead, I lose that time exponentially more so because I am doing this for my 25+ clients and then have to complete captchas because Calendly thinks I am a bot. Other platforms like acuity:scheduling offer this feature but I would really like to keep everything on Calendly since I overall like the features. It would be so much easier to be able to allow clients to select a recurring time and the frequency (every week, every other week, every month, etc.) on their end. It would save me and them so much time and would support me and my business. PLEASE ADD RECURRING MEETINGS!

Thanks for sharing @Isabelle23883 - Really appreciate adding all the context here. Totally can see how this would be frustrating for you!

I’ve shared this with the product team. I’m hoping we hear more on this soon, lots of users would be happy with this change!

I totally feel your frustration, Isabelle! I've been in the same boat where manually booking every single session for clients just eats up your entire day. It's clear how much this feature would help small businesses like yours.

While we wait for a native "client-side" recurring option, a quick tip that worked for me is using the "Schedule Again" button on the confirmation page. It doesn't solve the frequency issue perfectly, but it's much faster than starting from scratch.

Another workaround some people use is setting up a private invite link for a specific student and then manually duplicating the event in your own connected calendar (Google or Outlook). It’s still a bit manual, but it might save you from those annoying captchas!

Have you tried using the "Single-use link" feature for your regular students to see if that streamlines it at all? Hang in there
