How can I get my plug-in key? I had to reinstall the plugin and now it is not taking the key I had when I first downloaded it. Is it a unique key for each download? If so, it won’t let me download the plug-in again, it is pushing me to us the add-in which doesn’t work for us.

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team for a new download link for the plugin. A new key will be generated for you automatically. You should see an Installation and Setup page in Calendly with a place to copy the code:
