I use Hello Alma program to schedule therapy clients and Calendly to schedule consulting appointments. Hello Alma populates onto Google Calendar. However, Calendly does not block out Alma appointments. I do not see the busy option when its populated into Google. I am not making the appointment manually since it appears automatically on my Google Calendar. Please help.

Unfortunately there is not a way to make it so Calendly blocks off free appointments. I would recommend reaching out to Hello Alma to see if they have any configuration changes to set those imported Calendar events to Busy.
Outside of that, you can also add manual blocks next to those times to make sure no one from Calendly can book those times, but this would require some more work.
I would start by asking Hello Alma to see if they have any changes they can make on their end!
