Preventing customers from booking an certain event (but allow me to manually add events of that type)

I provide services by phone and on-site at my customer’s home. I allow customers to book phone calls through the online scheduler, but only book in-person sessions after talking with the customer directly. How can I add an on-site appointment manually into Calendly without allowing for that appointment type to be bookable from my public Calendly site?

Hi @Jensen37314 - Thanks for reaching out!

In this case, you can create a new event type, then set it to be a Secret Event. This way, no one else can see the event on your public pages, but you can still book it manually. You can read more on this here: Make an event secret

Let me know if you have any questions!
