In Calendly, when I connect my Zoom integration and then want to connect a different email address to both Zoom and Calendly, I disconnect the current integration. However, when I click 'connect' again, it automatically connects the email address that is logged into my Zoom account. Shouldn't it ask me which email address I want to connect (like Google meet integration)? Is there any way you can help me with this?

Sometimes this can happen due to stored cache or cookies. I’d recommend trying this full process in one of the following ways:

  • Log into Calendly through an incognito window
  • Log into Calendly through a separate browser
  • You can also try clearing your cache and cookies by following these steps, and trying again.
