I’m experiencing an issue with my Calendly availability and I’d appreciate your help.
I have set my availability using date-specific hours (overrides), and my schedule changes every day. I typically set time ranges like 9:00–15:00 and 16:00–20:00.
My event settings are:
Duration: 50 minutes
Time increments: 60 minutes
The issue is that when someone books a time slot (for example at 11:00), most of the other available slots disappear, and sometimes only earlier slots (like 9:00) remain visible.
I am not using:
Buffer times
Maximum events per day limits
I tried to choose 10 minutes buffer after each meeting but nothing happened.
Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?
