Profile photo/Icon issue - changes my photo - it rotate its sideways!

Question

I’m using a Mac every time I upload a photo of me into my profile - calendly rotates it so I’m sideways!

I’ve logged into Calendly on my Iphone and can’t even find where to upload a profile in the settings to try this way. Any ideas please

Hi ​@Cas68054- Thanks for reaching out!This often happens due to the resolution of the image you’re attempting to upload. Your profile picture avatar should be at least 90px x 90px and less than 5mb in size. Essentially, square sizes work best.To correct the display, you can crop your picture to centralize your face as you'd like to show within a square. Save. When you upload your picture again, it should look correctly.Could you double check the resolution and try uploading it again? Let me know if it works!Note:Profile pictures cannot be uploaded through the app at this time.
