If you were to input your own payment method option into the event type's description, any communications (reminder emails sent via workflows, confirmation emails and so on), then it would fall on you solely to ensure you manually check-in on collecting these payments. You will not be able to integrate other payment platforms with Calendly, outside of PayPal and Stripe. So, if you include a link to a different option, you will need to follow-up with each invitee and make sure they are using that link to pay you before meeting etc.
